RingoWork Mela Rossa Juice
RingoWork Mela Rossa Juice
Girlish image with a pink juice and a hint of sweet and sour flavour.  The naming for this product comes from the Italian words: “Mela” meaning apple, and “Rossa” meaning red.

The “Crimson Dream” is a new species developed at Hirosaki University, located in Tsugaru, Japan; it is one of the biggest places of origin for apples in the Aomori prefecture, and this apple species has been registered in 2010. Its harvest month is in the middle of October. The flesh is a rare red colour and has a strong acidity.

This apple can also be used for raw consumption and processing by the time of its harvest, and it can be stored up to 3 months in normal refrigeration.
