Ms. Komatsumoto Coco, who was born in Hong Kong and is married to a Japanese husband, is famous for her good cooking and teaching of Japanese cuisine. After studying in Canada she travelled north with husband to live in Shanghai. She loves food and is a brilliant cook, specializing in Japanese home cooking and dividing her work between Shanghai, Hong Kong and Japan. She is accredited as a Vegetable Sommelier by the Japanese Vegetable Sommelier Association and as a Sake Sommelier by the Sake Service Institute, these two certifications being highly regarded in Japan’s food industry. She writes diet and lifestyle articles for newspapers in Hong Kong, and works as a consultant at a Japanese food company.
