Mr. Gordon Gu has worked at the Jack's and pallado of Portman Rits-Cariton Hotel and Steak House of Four Seasons Hotel. He has been working with chefs from America, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Britain that enriched his cooking experience. Gordon currently is the Executive Chef in the Flamenhot Craft Beer Restaurant.
