Mr. Jin Rongbiao became the chief Japanese cuisine chef at the Grand Soluxe Zhongyou Hotel Shanghai in 2002. He later worked as Japanese cuisine manager at the Howard Johnson Hotel. He is currently the Japanese cuisine manager at the Shanghai Expo Intercontinental Hotel.
