Mr. Martin Wan has been a chef since 1976. He has worked as Banquet Japanese Cuisine chef at the Westin Hotel in Nagoya, Japan and as Japanese Cuisine chef at the Fudan Crown Plaza. Today, he is the Japanese Cuisine chef at the Intercontinental Shanghai Hotel.
