Mr. Robert Fontana is the Chairman of Disciples Escoffier International for Asia except Japan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier (ICDE). He has led the way for establishing French fine cuisine in Shanghai from 1997, as an executive chef for the five-star hotel, and has worked as an executive chef for several renowned hotels and private clubs in Hong Kong.
